Job Purpose:

To generate new business and manage existing customers by promoting flexible packaging products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customers in the flexible packaging market (, laminates, printed pouches, roll stock, etc.). Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Prepare and send quotations, costings, and compliance documents as per customer requirements. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with customers, with approval from management. Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery. Follow up on customer inquiries, samples, trial orders, and payments. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Ensure accurate sales records, forecasts, and periodic reports are maintained. Participate in client meetings, plant visits, and trade-related activities as required. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of flexible packaging materials and processes. Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 3-8 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging or printing industry. Knowledge of BOPP, PET, PE films, lamination, printing, and pouching is an advantage. Valid driving license (if field sales role).
