Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow?up communication
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Represent the hotel at events, sales calls, and client meetings
Requirements:
Previous hotel experience is mandatory
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of PMS/CRM systems is an advantage
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
