We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our Travel & Tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a wide range of travel services including

visa processing, international air tickets, holiday packages, hotel bookings, and travel-related services worldwide

. The role requires strong sales skills, excellent customer handling, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell travel products including

tourist visas, air tickets, holiday packages, hotels, cruises, and travel insurance

Handle inbound and outbound leads through

calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in clients

Understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages, and services Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and invoices in a timely manner Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction Meet and exceed

monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups in the system Coordinate with operations, visa, and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery Stay updated on

visa regulations, airline fares, promotions, and travel trends

Handle after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in travel and tourism sales (UAE experience preferred) Strong knowledge of

visa processes, GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo), airline fares, and holiday packages

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Customer-oriented with strong follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Fluent in

English

(additional languages are an advantage) Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
