Sales Executive

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for Perfect Blend Cafe and Perfect Roses, while supporting upcoming event-related business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets across our cafe, floral, and events segments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for Perfect Blend and Perfect Roses Promote cafe services, floral products, and upcoming event solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and event planners Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Support sales activities for the upcoming events division Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (F&B, flowers, events preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach Ability to work independently and meet targets Knowledge of local market and client base is an advantage Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM tools preferred) Valid driving license (preferred, if field sales is involved)
