Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships
2. Sales:
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services to customers
- Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Update sales records and track customer interactions
3. Administrative Tasks:
- Update customer records and sales data in the system
- Identify and report any pending issues or concerns
- Organize visits according to sales or complaint schedules
4. Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and pending issues
