The Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting company services. The role requires field visits, client meetings, and achieving sales targets in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
Meet clients, understand requirements, and present company solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Maintain client database and long-term relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance regularly
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Proven sales experience in the UAE market (construction/services preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
UAE Valid Driving License is an advantage
