We are seeking an active, smart, and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to handle client acquisition and business development for our manpower supply services.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new clients for manpower supply services Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Promote manpower solutions to construction, facilities management, and other sectors Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure timely manpower deployment
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in manpower supply or staffing industry Active, smart, and self-motivated personality Valid UAE driving license is mandatory Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to join immediately
Salary & Benefits
Commission and incentives as per company policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
