Smart Astra is seeking a motivated and target-driven
Sales Executive
to promote and sell our smart technology and technical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business leads across
Commercial, Hospitality, Industrial, Marine and Residential sectors
Promote company solutions including:
Audio/Visual Systems
Telecom & ICT Solutions
Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Turnstiles)
Industrial Automation
Intelligent Living & Smart Home Solutions
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
Track sales targets and submit regular performance reports
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in
sales within technical services, ELV, ICT, security, or automation industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to clients
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling smart home, automation, ICT, telecom, or security solutions
Existing client network in UAE is an advantage
Basic technical knowledge of ELV/ICT systems
