The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company's cleaning services to residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for cleaning services (residential, commercial, offices, facilities, etc.)
Conduct client visits, presentations, and service demonstrations
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract renewals
Address customer concerns and coordinate with operations for service delivery
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper service execution
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in the system
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and service improvements
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum
1-3 years of sales experience
, preferably in cleaning, facilities management, or service-based industries
