Destino Design Interior Decorations is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present company services
Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and negotiations
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
Keep records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (home country or UAE experience accepted)
Experience in interior fit-out / construction industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
UAE driving license is an advantage
Knowledge of UAE market is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 2,500- 3,000 AED
Attractive commission based on project value

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
