Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We're seeking a results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our team! As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
- Promote and sell our products/services to potential and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Result-oriented with strong closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field schedules
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales experience (experience may vary by industry with Home country or UAE experience required).
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
