We are looking for a proactive and organized Indoor Sales Executive to support business development through client coordination, follow-ups, and sales support related to freight forwarding and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination via calls and emails.
Support outdoor sales by managing quotations, proposals, and documentation.
Identify potential business opportunities from leads and existing customers.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and smooth shipment execution.
Maintain customer records, sales data, and MIS reports.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve overall business targets.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pure freight forwarding (UAE experience is mandatory).
Exposure to handling genuine Export / Import Sea Freight customers is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasing personality with strong coordination and customer-handling skills.
Working knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
