We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to accelerate business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting freight forwarding and logistics solutions in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
Actively meet prospective clients and promote Export & Import Sea Freight services.
Bring in business through existing customer base and market references.
Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with customers and industry contacts.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through consistent field sales efforts.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in pure freight forwarding (UAE experience is mandatory).
Must have genuine and active customers for Export / Import Sea Freight.
Strong UAE market network with proven sales performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing personality with a client-centric approach.
Good knowledge of freight forwarding shipping, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
