Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 plus attractive commission

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in air freight, sea freight, and logistics services Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue objectives Prepare and present customized quotations, proposals, and service solutions Ensure effective coordination with operations and customer service teams Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to support strategic planning

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the Shipping & Logistics sector Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, import/export procedures, and supply chain processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet performance targets Good market knowledge of Dubai and the UAE logistics industry is preferred
