Job Description
This role is for a
Landscaping Sales Manager
responsible for leading a team to drive revenue through maintenance and design-build projects.Leadership:
Manage, coach, and train a sales team to hit targets.Sales & Growth:
Prospect commercial/residential leads and develop growth strategies.Technical Oversight:
Oversee project estimates, landscape designs, and site visits.Client Relations:
Build long-term partnerships and provide expert horticultural advice.Operations:
Coordinate with production teams to ensure project profitability and feasibility.Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience (2+ in management), landscaping/horticulture expertise, CRM proficiency, and a relevant degree or certification.UAE Driving License is must required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
