Job Description

Hiring Sales Executives for our marketing company requires content that highlights both traditional sales expertise and a deep understanding of modern digital marketing services. At least 2-5 years of experince in Printing, advertising, signage industry and digital marekting eperience are highly preferable.

Key Job Responsibilities

In a marketing agency context, the Sales Executive acts as the bridge between client needs and the agency's creative solutions.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn).

Solution Selling:

Conduct discovery calls to understand a client's marketing challenges and present tailored service packages (SEO, PPC, Content, Branding).

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and pipeline progress using tools like Salesforce

Marketing Literacy:

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media landscapes, and performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates).

Communication:

Exceptional presentation skills, both in-person and via virtual platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Resilience:

High level of persistence and the ability to handle the rejection inherent in high-volume outbound sales.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
