Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies in all transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in real estate sales or property brokerage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
