Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, networking, and market research.
Present and promote the company's interior fit-out, design, and furniture services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Follow up with clients to ensure project satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and reports.
Collaborate with the project and design team to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
Experience in
interior design, fit-out, construction, or furniture
industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
