Sales Executives
to join our growing team.
This is a dual-opportunity role, suitable for candidates with experience in:
Field Sales (HORECA: Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)
Corporate / B2B Sales
Selected candidates will be assigned to either HORECA Field Sales or Corporate Sales based on their experience, strengths, and interview performance.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle -- prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, field visits, client meetings, and networking.
Map the market, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Handle objections professionally and convert challenges into successful deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/sales reports regularly.
Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to HORECA or corporate sales environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Responsible, persuasive, and target-driven with a strong closing mindset.
A proactive self-starter with problem-solving ability and high accountability.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Pay range: AED 3,500 - AED 4,000 per month + attractive performance based incentives
