You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, providing consultations, and ensuring an excellent client experience from inquiry to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, manage, and convert leads for immigration and visa-related services.
Provide professional consultations to clients regarding immigration pathways, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Conduct sales presentations via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate with processing teams to ensure smooth and timely application handling.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, immigration consulting, or related services.
Strong communication skills; fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
At least 3 years of sales experience in the home country is also welcome.
Knowledge of immigration programs and visa procedures is an advantage.
Proficient in WhatsApp, Microsoft Office/Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Presentable and professional in client interactions.
