Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

with experience in the shipping and logistics industry, particularly in the

NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier)

sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting NVOCC services across international trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for NVOCC services, including FCL, LCL, and multimodal shipments Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, consignees, agents, and overseas partners Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates with customers and agents Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions when required Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and shipping standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years of sales experience

in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding Strong knowledge of

NVOCC operations

, ocean freight, Incoterms, and shipping documentation Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindset Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
