What you'll do

In-store sales

Welcome customers with energy and help them choose the right items. Build complete celebration solutions (themes, bundles, add-ons). Upsell naturally without being pushy. Maintain a clean, attractive shop presence. Handle POS and customer service basics.

Online sales

Respond quickly on

WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels

. Share product options, photos, prices, and recommendations. Follow up professionally to close and confirm orders. Coordinate with the team for order prep and delivery handover.

Targets & teamwork

Work toward daily/weekly/monthly sales goals. Share simple ideas to improve customer experience and boost sales.
Experience we're looking for

Must have

2+ years

in retail sales. Comfortable working with targets and commission. Good communication and customer handling. Basic POS experience.

Nice to have (strong advantage)

Online, WhatsApp and social media DM sales. Experience in gifts, lifestyle, kids/family retail, fashion, or seasonal products. Familiarity with online order handling. Balloon artist or similar experience.
Languages

English required Arabic is a strong plus
