Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product knowledge and recommendations. Maintain and organize the retail space, ensuring products are attractively displayed. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. Track daily sales and report to the sales manager. Support marketing and promotional activities in-store.
Wholesale Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential wholesale clients (hotels, retailers, distributors, businesses). Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing wholesale clients. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to wholesale buyers. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with wholesale clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for wholesale accounts. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
