About Us:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our brand performance within LuLu Stores. This role involves end-to-end sales management, communication between LuLu Store teams and our internal Merchandising team, and ensuring smooth execution of sales plans, promotions, and product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales process for our products in LuLu Stores across assigned locations.

Act as the main communication bridge between LuLu Store management and our Merchandising team.

Develop and implement sales plans, monthly targets, and store-wise performance strategies.

Monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing to ensure alignment with LuLu requirements.

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and generate reports.

Coordinate promotional activities, in-store displays, and new product launches with LuLu teams.

Identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve sales and market presence.

Ensure all activities follow LuLu's operational standards, compliance rules, and brand guidelines.

Resolve store-level issues promptly and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and key stakeholders.

Support merchandisers with updates, instructions, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution in stores

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Key Account Executive, or similar role in home appliances, and electronic category..

Strong experience working with

LuLu Stores

or similar hypermarket chains in the UAE/GCC.

Solid understanding of LuLu's processes, requirements, and store operations.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and translate into actionable insights.

Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple stores efficiently.

Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
