Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding sales of Stretch Film, Bopp Tape, Food Packaging Material, Polythene Sheet, Garbage Bags, Sufra Roll, Warning Tape, Tiger Tape, and other building materials and hardware products across the UAE market especially in Deira Dubai. This role requires strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to continuously generate new business from building material traders, hardware shops, contractors, and related customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, target, and engage Building Material and Hardware traders across all Emirates especially in Deira Dubai Market.
Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.
Promote and sell company products, ensuring strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with traders, retailers, and contractors.
Conduct regular market visits to maintain account activity and gather market intelligence.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and offer after-sales support.
Market Coverage
Cover assigned territories efficiently with planned daily/weekly routes.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product demand.
Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and challenges.
Sales Operations
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries.
Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and payment collection.
Reporting & Planning
Submit daily sales reports, customer visit logs, and monthly forecasts.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for market growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2-5 years' experience in
Building Materials or Hardware Traders sales
in Dubai UAE (preferred).
Strong network of hardware traders and building material shops.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for most roles).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of UAE geography and market dynamics.
Familiarity with MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
Additional Requirements
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Ability to handle outdoor sales and frequent travel within the UAE.
Multilingual (English, Malayalam, Hindi/Urdu, Arabic) is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
