Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our luxury packaging division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting high-end packaging solutions to luxury brands, including jewellery, perfumes, cosmetics, and premium retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the luxury and premium packaging industry. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and onsite visits to understand client requirements. Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients on approvals. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports to the management. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events when required.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of sales experience

, preferably in luxury packaging, printing, or related industries. Strong negotiation and communication skills with a professional presence. Valid

UAE driving licence

(mandatory). Knowledge of luxury retail, jewellery, cosmetic, or perfume packaging is an advantage. Good understanding of materials such as velvet, suede, MDF, premium papers, PU leather, and gift boxes. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain professional relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Willingness to travel within the UAE for client visits.
