Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging both B2B and B2C clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored furniture and interior solutions. Leveraging your design knowledge and customer-centric mindset, you will guide clients through product selection, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities



Engage B2C & B2B customers

through in-store consultations, online inquiries, and field visits, providing expert guidance on furniture and design solutions.

Leverage your design expertise

to recommend products that align with clients' style preferences, functional needs, and spatial requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships

with homeowners, corporate clients, real estate developers, interior designers, and procurement teams.

Conduct professional presentations

and product demos for B2B clients to support bulk orders and long-term partnerships.

Stay updated

on the latest industry trends, materials, finishes, and furniture innovations to enhance your sales approach.

Collaborate closely with internal teams

--design, production, logistics, and marketing--to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Meet and exceed sales targets

by actively prospecting, following up on leads, and closing deals across multiple channels.

Maintain detailed records

of client interactions, quotations, and follow-ups using CRM tools for effective pipeline management.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field

(preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in

B2B and B2C sales

, ideally within the furniture, interior design, or home decor industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for furniture, design aesthetics, and creating meaningful customer experiences. Ability to understand floor plans, materials, and product specifications. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
