Buildingdoctor DMCC is a growing international company specializing in the sales, service, and training of non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment. Serving clients across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, we take pride in offering top-tier products and expert support to professionals in critical industries.

We are currently looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Executive to lead the sales of our Thermal Imaging Cameras in the region.

Your Role:

As a Sales Executive, you're the hunter proactively identifying, approaching, and building strong relationships with key decision makers in relevant industries. You'll be responsible for driving new business, expanding our customer base, and promoting our Thermal Imaging solutions through various outreach channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify target companies and key stakeholders in relevant industries (Thermal Imaging cameras) Generate leads via cold calls, emails, social media, and direct visits Conduct product presentations and close sales deals Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage your pipeline Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events Regularly visit clients (primarily within the UAE) to build relationships and gain market insight Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
What you Bring:

Preferred experience in selling technical/engineering products such as
thermal imaging cameras, test & measurement equipment, industrial tools,
safety equipment, or other B2B technical solutions.

Strong sales instincts and people skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Valid UAE Driving License

A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Bonus Points For:

Fluency in Arabic, Hindi, or another local language 2+ years of B2B sales experience A good sense of humour and team spirit Technical aptitude and understanding of industrial applications
