Sales Executive
Job Description
Location: Dubai, UAE
A leading Construction Company in Dubai is looking to hire a Sales Executive / Business Development Officer to help expand our client base and bring new projects to the company.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the construction industry in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the local market (Dubai & UAE).
Must have a good network of contacts with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients.
Proven ability to generate leads, secure projects, and achieve monthly targets.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and construction projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams within the company.
Follow up with clients until the contract is secured and handed over.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
