Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in wellness, hot tubs, swimming pools, or luxury product sales (retail and project). The ideal candidate should be passionate about premium lifestyle products, skilled in client engagement, and capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the wellness, hospitality, and luxury development sectors. Understand client needs and prepare customized project proposals, execution plans, and briefs to ensure the best solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Manage the full sales cycle--including walk-in inquiries, cold calls, lead follow-ups, and deal closures. Coordinate with technical, installation, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution within timelines and budgets. Maintain accurate project updates, sales logs, reports, and client communication records. Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Keep updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments. Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets with effective sales strategies. Manage organized documentation of customer interactions, quotations, and transactions using CRM or related tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

2-3 years of experience in wellness, swimming pools, swim spas, luxury sanitary ware, or related product sales (retail and project). Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Proven experience in client meetings, product demos, and project coordination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems. Valid

Driving License (mandatory).

Professional appearance and strong client-handling skills.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
