We are seeking a sales professional with a strong track record and a solid foundation in Engineering, HVAC, or MEP. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise along with effective sales abilities to promote and sell our engineering, energy, sub-metering, and building efficiency solutions. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing customized proposals, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the [engineering/energy/building management] sector.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and finance) to ensure project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
1-2 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain solutions clearly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
