As a part of the expansion, we are looking for dynamic Male and Female Sales Executives to cover the Dubai market
Position: Sales Executive - FMCG
Location: Dubai
Experience Required: 2 years in FMCG Sales in DUBAI.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and distribution objectives within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners (e.g., hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores, wholesalers).
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demands to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
Product Placement & Visibility: Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and visibility across all accounts to maximize sales impact.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Promotional Execution: Plan and execute trade promotions and marketing initiatives effectively at the point of sale.
Requirements
Experience: 2 years of demonstrable sales experience specifically within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry in the UAE.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai retail landscape and distribution channels.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
License: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License
Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam.
Traits: High energy, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
