Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

and KPIs. Identify, prospect, and establish new client relationships through various methods (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.). Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals successfully. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system. Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Experience:

Proven track record in a target-based sales role is highly preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong focus on achieving quantifiable sales goals. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
