specialized Business Development



Target Acquisition:

Aggressively prospect and generate qualified leads from SMEs, startups, and established businesses requiring professional tax and accounting services.

Service Promotion:

Present and promote the firm's core offerings, including:

UAE Corporate Tax (CT) Services:

Registration, compliance, and filing.

VAT Services:

Registration, returns filing, advisory, and refund claims.

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Outsourced financial management and backlog cleanup.

Audit Support & Regulatory Compliance (e.g., ESR, AML).

Consultative Selling:

Conduct deep-dive needs assessments to understand a prospect's specific financial challenges (e.g., tax exposure, compliance gaps) and propose customized service packages.

Sales Targets:

Achieve and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs tied to new client signings and revenue generation.

2. Technical Knowledge & Client Engagement



Regulatory Fluency:

Maintain an up-to-date and confident knowledge of key UAE tax laws (VAT, Corporate Tax), Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles.

Proposal Creation:

Prepare clear, professional, and detailed proposals and service agreements, accurately scoping the work and clearly articulating the value proposition and ROI of compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Serve as the liaison between the potential client and the in-house Tax Agents/Consultants to ensure a smooth transition and seamless client onboarding process.

Networking:

Actively participate in relevant industry events, business setup seminars, and professional networking groups in Dubai to expand the client base.

3. Sales Management & Reporting



Pipeline Management:

Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial contact to closure, accurately tracking all activity and providing reliable forecasts using the company's CRM system.

Market Feedback:

Collect and relay market intelligence, competitor activity, and client feedback on service needs back to management to inform pricing and new service development.
