We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Executive
who can actively bring in new clients and grow the customer base for our accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services. The ideal candidate has a proven record in sales within the UAE and is confident selling professional services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new clients for the company's accounting and tax services
Build strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and potential leads
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and consultations
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate accounting solutions
Meet monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetups to generate leads
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and closed deals
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years of sales experience
in the UAE
Experience selling
professional services
(accounting, consulting, financial services, etc.) is a strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to generate leads independently
Confidence in networking and presenting to clients
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)
A performance-based bonus is provided for each new client acquired.
