About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the printing, branding, or advertising industry, with strong knowledge of customized products such as acrylic, leather, metal, wood, and fabric.

The role involves managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to creative branding and concept development projects for corporate gifts, promotional items, and product activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in printing, branding, and corporate gifting sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing and branding needs. Present product samples, branding concepts, and customized solutions to prospective clients. Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. Develop proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads to close sales deals. Maintain an updated client database and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and client meetings to promote services and products. Provide input on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to management.
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the printing, advertising, or branding industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of customized materials like acrylic, leather, metal, wood, and fabric. Experience in corporate gifts, promotional products, and product activation campaigns. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented individual with excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Familiarity with printing technologies, advertising solutions, and branding processes. UAE market experience with established B2B connections is a strong plus.
