QP Management is a fast-growing leader in the Education Industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to help drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and present relevant products or services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Preferred Skills
