. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing sales while ensuring excellent client service and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, follow up, and convert leads for
business setup
and
international recruitment services
.
Present and explain
UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore
company formation options to clients.
Advise clients on recruitment services, available job roles, and visa processing timelines.
Conduct consultations via
phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the
CRM system
.
Achieve and exceed monthly
sales targets
and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate with
operations and PRO teams
to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Key Requirements
Minimum
1 year of sales or business development experience
(UAE experience preferred).
2-3 years
of relevant sales experience in home country is welcomed.
Fluency in
English
(mandatory).
Basic understanding of
UAE business setup and visa procedures
is an advantage.
Proficient in
WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
.
Target-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Presentable, confident, and professional in client interactions.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment
