We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, and MOHRE-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE labor laws and government procedures, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process -- from job postings and screening to onboarding.
Coordinate all
MOHRE
,
Tasheel
,
GDRFA
, and
RTA-related
HR procedures (labor contracts, visas, renewals, cancellations, etc.).
Ensure full compliance with
UAE labor laws
and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with PRO and government portals for labor approvals and work permits.
Provide guidance to management and staff on HR issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of MOHRE, Tasheel, GDRFA, and RTA systems and procedures.
Must be organized, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
