Responsible for promoting and selling fire and safety products and services, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire and safety sector.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Follow up with clients to ensure successful project acquisition and closure.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Address client inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups.
Technical Knowledge & Coordination
Possess a good understanding of
fire alarm, firefighting, emergency lighting, and related safety systems
.
Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, design, and execution requirements.
Stay updated on UAE Civil Defense requirements and industry standards.
Market Awareness
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Recommend strategies to enhance market share.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
Fire & Safety industry sales
(minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of
firefighting and fire alarm systems
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
