We are expanding our international team and seeking a motivated Sales Executive fluent in Russian to help grow our client base in Russian-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within Russian-speaking regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competition, and emerging trends.

Present and promote products/services to potential clients via calls, meetings, and online presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken).

Proven experience in sales or business development

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working towards targets.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools is a plus.

Package:

Salary up to AED 4000 based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
