Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Sales Executive

with 2-3 years of experience in wellness, hot tubs, or luxury product sales (retail or project-based). The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about luxury lifestyle solutions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients across wellness, hospitality, and luxury development sectors. Understand client requirements and prepare customized project proposals and execution plans. Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits. Handle walk-in customers, cold calls, and lead follow-ups efficiently to convert opportunities into sales. Coordinate with internal departments (technical, installation, and operations) to ensure timely and successful project execution. Maintain accurate and updated records of client communications, quotations, and project progress. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Ensure proper documentation and reporting in CRM and other tracking systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).

Experience:

2-3 years in wellness, swimming pools, swim spas, or luxury sanitary ware sales (retail or project). Strong networking, relationship management, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage client meetings, deliver presentations, and coordinate projects end-to-end. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Driving License:

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a client-focused approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
