Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach prospective clients through client visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and events
Promote and sell IT AMC services, including hardware/software maintenance, on-site support, remote monitoring, and IT infrastructure management
Understand client IT environments and present tailored AMC proposals based on their needs and pain points
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (IT managers, business owners, procurement heads, etc.)
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update with activities, follow-ups, and outcomes
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to better serve clients
Requirements:
2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, hardware/services environments
Proven ability to build client relationships and close long-term service contracts
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
