Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our growing team in the shipping and freight forwarding sector.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling freight services (Air, Sea & Land & warehouse ) and a strong client network.

This role requires both strategic planning and field sales execution to grow our customer base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads and convert prospects into customers for FCL, LLC, air, and land freight services. Develop strong relationships with clients and provide tailored logistics solutions. Prepare and present competitive quotations to clients. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for service execution and rate negotiations. Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and provide market intelligence. Attend client meetings, trade shows, and other networking events.

Requirements:

Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping. Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and trade lanes. Existing client portfolio in UAE/GCC or other key markets is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
