Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the Distribution, Supply Chain, and Logistics sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our services and network with potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the distribution, supply chain, or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
