We are a leading garden center in Dubai, offering a wide range of plants, gardening supplies, and expert advice to our customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Person to join our team.

As a Sales Person at our garden center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers' orders are prepared and delivered to their satisfaction. You will work both indoors and outdoors, assisting customers with their queries, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to make recommendations and upsell when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their queries and providing expert advice on plants and gardening products Process customer orders, ensuring that they are accurate and ready for collection or delivery Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including plant care, gardening techniques, and product features Make recommendations and upsell products to customers, increasing average transaction value and driving sales growth Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient order fulfillment Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including indoor and outdoor areas Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience Stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and company initiatives, communicating these to customers and colleagues as necessary
Requirements:

1-3 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment Freshers can also apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong product knowledge of plants and gardening products, or a willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customers simultaneously Physical ability to work outdoors in a hot climate, as well as indoors in an air-conditioned environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field an advantage
