We work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to provide customized lighting solutions, including decorative, architectural, and smart lighting systems.

Position Overview

We are looking for a

Sales Executive

with

4-5 years of experience in the UAE lighting industry

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the lighting or related MEP/interior sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients including interior designers, consultants, and contractors. Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries to convert into business opportunities. Prepare and present lighting proposals, quotations, and technical specifications. Coordinate with the design and procurement team to ensure timely delivery of projects. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, new lighting technologies, and competitor activities.

Requirements

4-5 years of

experience in the UAE lighting or electrical sales market.

Strong client network with designers, consultants, and contractors. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Compensation

Base Salary:

Based on experience and target achievement.

Commission:

Attractive sales-based commission structure.
