Oktopus Park by We Play is looking for a
driven, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive
to join our team! If you love working with families, enjoy a dynamic environment, and have a passion for sales and growth -- this role is for you.Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with customers and partners Upsell packages, birthday parties, camps, and add-ons Attract new clients and drive footfall to the playground Develop creative ideas to increase revenue and conversion rates Follow up with leads and maintain excellent communication Understand our products and services to confidently present them Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with the operations team
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or family venues) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to upsell and close deals Creativity in proposing new revenue-generating ideas Positive personality, proactive attitude, and strong work ethic Fluent in English
