Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with customers and partners
Upsell packages, birthday parties, camps, and add-ons
Attract new clients and drive footfall to the playground
Develop creative ideas to increase revenue and conversion rates
Follow up with leads and maintain excellent communication
Understand our products and services to confidently present them
Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with the operations team
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or family venues)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to upsell and close deals
Creativity in proposing new revenue-generating ideas
Positive personality, proactive attitude, and strong work ethic
Fluent in English
