We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Sales & Business Development Executive
who can grow both sides of our business --
kitchen product sales
and
annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients for
kitchen product sales
and
maintenance/fit-out services
.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
consultants, contractors, property managers, and end users
.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Follow up with clients to
close deals
and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.
Promote and sell
AMCs
to existing and new clients (residential buildings, villas, commercial spaces) for our maintenance services (MEP, civil Works, Swimming Pools).
Maintain an up-to-date
sales pipeline and activity reports
.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Achieve
monthly sales targets
and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales or business development
(preferably in
interior fit-out, kitchens, or facility maintenance
industries).
Excellent
communication and negotiation
skills.
Strong
networking ability
and confidence in client meetings.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good command of
English
; Arabic is a plus.
