Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
with proven experience in acquiringAMC contracts
,renovation projects
andbuilding maintenance work
. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, local market knowledge and the ability to close deals independently.Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that drive sales growth. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
